  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the LumiPyramids online store, in particular the rules and procedures for concluding distance sales agreements through the Store, as well as the complaint procedure and the procedure for withdrawal from the contract by the Consumer.
  2. With regard to services provided electronically, these Terms and Conditions constitute the regulations referred to in Article 9 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2024, item 1513, as amended).
  3. These Terms and Conditions are addressed to all Customers of the Store. All Customers are obliged to familiarize themselves with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
  4. Each Customer is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Sales are conducted on the basis of the version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time the order is placed.
  5. Each Customer may review the Terms and Conditions at any time by clicking the “Store Regulations” hyperlink on the Store’s website: https://lumipyramids.com/. The Terms and Conditions may be downloaded and printed at any time.
  6. All information contained on the Store's website https://lumipyramids.com/, including product descriptions and prices, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code. By submitting the Order Form, the Customer submits an offer to purchase and deliver the indicated Product at the price and under the conditions specified in the description.
  • 2 DEFINITIONS

Terms and Conditions – these regulations governing the rules of using the Store’s services by Customers.

Consumer – a natural person concluding a contract through the Store that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.

Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights – a natural person concluding a civil-law contract through the Store directly related to their business activity, when the content of that contract indicates that it does not have a professional character resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity.

Customer – a natural person (including a Consumer) who is at least 13 years old (provided they have the consent of a legal guardian), a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Store’s services.

Order Form – a service available on the Store’s website that allows the Customer to place an order by adding products to the cart and specifying the terms of the sales agreement, including delivery and payment methods.

Cart – a Store element where the products selected by the Customer are visible and where the Customer can modify order details.

Store – the online sales platform owned by the Seller, available at https://lumipyramids.com/, through which the Customer can purchase products.

Seller – LumiPyramids – Aleksandra Żyła, conducting business activity registered at Jaworowa 10E, 32-020 Wieliczka, Poland.

Goods – a movable item that is the subject of trade between the Store and the Customer.

Goods with Digital Elements – goods containing digital content or a digital service connected with them in such a way that without them the goods could not function properly.

Product – any goods or services, including digital services, digital content, rights, and obligations.

Digital Environment – computer hardware, software and network connections used by the Consumer to access digital content or services.

Integration – connecting digital content or a digital service with elements of the Consumer’s digital environment.

Compatibility – the ability of digital content, services, or goods to work with hardware or software commonly used with such content or services.

Functionality – the ability of digital content, services or goods to perform their intended functions.

Interoperability – the ability of digital content, services or goods to operate with hardware or software other than those typically used for that type.

Online Marketplace – a service using software enabling Consumers to conclude distance contracts.

Online Marketplace Provider – an entrepreneur operating or providing the marketplace.

Agreement – a distance sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller through the Store.

  • 3 ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND FULFILMENT
  1. Use of the Store requires reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The main parameters determining the ranking of offers presented to Consumers in search results are:

The Seller informs that the Store uses product ranking mechanisms determining the order of product display in search results and category pages.

Products are ranked automatically based on:

  1. a) relevance to the user’s query or selected category
    b) product popularity (views or purchases)
    c) product availability and delivery time
    d) recency of the offer including new and seasonal products
    e) active promotions or discounts
    f) marketing activities conducted by the Seller

The Seller may also manually highlight selected products in:

  1. a) promotional sections
    b) advertising banners
    c) recommended product lists

For logged-in users who have given appropriate consent, product order may also be adjusted based on previous activity such as browsing or purchase history.

The Store does not allow third parties to purchase higher ranking positions nor provides sponsored ranking placements.

Customers may change sorting options themselves (price, name, date added).

  1. Sponsored offers and paid advertisements are clearly marked.
  2. The price indicated in the order constitutes the total price payable by the Customer (gross price). Delivery costs are not included.
  3. If additional costs arise beyond the agreed price, the Consumer will be informed and charged only after explicit consent.
  4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce new products, and conduct promotional campaigns.
  5. When promotions are introduced, the Store informs Customers of the lowest price of the Product in the last 30 days.
  6. Orders are accepted via the Order Form on https://lumipyramids.com/ or by email: office@lumipyramids.com, 24/7.
  7. Orders are placed by selecting a Product, clicking “ADD TO CART”, filling in the Order Form, selecting delivery and payment through Przelewy24, and confirming the purchase.
  8. Entrepreneurs with Consumer Rights should indicate during purchase that the transaction is not of a professional nature.
  9. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation.
  10. After confirmation of payment via Przelewy24, the order is processed immediately.
  11. Orders are processed on business days from 9:00 to 17:00.
  12. Upon receiving confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing, the Sales Agreement is concluded.
  13. A receipt or purchase confirmation is issued for each order.

The Seller benefits from VAT exemption under Article 113(1) of the Polish VAT Act.

Invoices with VAT are not issued.

  1. The Seller verifies the authenticity of product reviews.

Reviews may only be posted by Customers who purchased the product.

Verification methods include:

  1. a) linking reviews to order numbers or purchase emails
    b) checking purchase history in the system

Reviews may be moderated only to ensure they:

  • comply with the law
  • do not contain offensive content
  • are not spam or advertisements

Negative reviews are not removed solely because of their negative character.

  1. The Seller does not publish fake or manipulated reviews.
  2. Sponsored reviews are clearly marked.
  • 4 DELIVERY AND SHIPPING COSTS
  1. Orders are delivered via:

  1. Orders are processed only on business days.
  2. Delivery time is usually 5–10 business days.
  3. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

4a. Meditation pyramids are custom-made products produced individually for each Customer and may require up to 10 business days for production.

  1. Upon receiving a shipment, the Customer should inspect the package in the presence of the courier.
  • 5 PAYMENTS

Payment is made exclusively through Przelewy24 electronic payment system.

Payment is required when placing the order.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

Payment operator: PayPro S.A., Poznań.

  • 6 COMPLAINTS

The Seller is responsible for lack of conformity of the Product with the Agreement.

If a Product is defective, the Consumer may request:

  • repair
  • replacement

If repair or replacement is impossible, the Consumer may request:

  • price reduction
  • withdrawal from the contract

Complaints may be submitted:

Complaints should include:

  • name and contact details
  • order number
  • description of the issue
  • proof of purchase (optional)
  • 7 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal statement should be sent to:

The Product must be returned within 14 days.

The Consumer bears direct return shipping costs.

Refunds are issued within 14 days.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made goods
  • perishable goods
  • sealed products opened after delivery
  • digital content delivered electronically
  • goods made according to Consumer specification

Meditation pyramids produced individually for the Customer are custom products and are not subject to withdrawal or return unless defective.

  • 8 OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Consumers may use:

  • 9 PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The Seller is the data controller under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment.

Customers have the right to:

  • access their data
  • correct it
  • request deletion

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to complete the order.

  • 10 FINAL PROVISIONS
  1. These Terms define rules for concluding and executing sales agreements.
  2. The sales agreement is concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  3. The Terms are available at:

  4. Using the Store requires internet access and a web browser.
  5. Posting unlawful content on the Store website is prohibited.
  6. Matters not regulated herein are governed by applicable law.
  7. These Terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory legal provisions.
  8. Provisions less favorable than consumer law are invalid.
  9. If any provision becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
  • 10 FINAL PROVISIONS (
  1. In case of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Polish version shall prevail.
