Right of Withdrawal from the Contract
1. Right of withdrawal
A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights, in accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day:
-
on which the Consumer takes possession of the goods, or
-
on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer takes possession of the goods.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement sent:
-
by e-mail to: office@lumipyramids.com, or
-
by post to the address:
Jaworowa 10E
32-020 Wieliczka
Poland
The Consumer may use the withdrawal form template, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Consumer to send information concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Effects of withdrawal
If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will reimburse all payments received from the Consumer, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Seller).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day the Seller receives the withdrawal statement.
The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the Consumer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer expressly agrees to another refund method that does not incur any additional costs.
4. Return of goods
The Consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract.
The goods should be returned to the following address:
Jaworowa 10E
32-020 Wieliczka
Poland
The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
The Consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
